Here’s a small trick to help you sharpen up your photos if they are slightly burred.
Sorry but I only know how to do this in PhotoShop; other programs should have the same basic function.

I have burred this image to use as an example.

Load the image into PhotoShop, then on the drop-down menus, select the Filter menu, look for Sharpen, click on it and then from the sub-menu select Unsharp Mask.(outlined in red on the image below)

This will bring up the following window.

The only control you need to use is the Amount slide (red ring), moving the slider increases the % of ‘Unsharp Mask’ if you click the Preview tick (blue ring) on and off you should be able to see if there is any change to your image. Once you have got the required setting, click OK.

One word of warning, use with care and never use on your original image, always work on a copy of the photo.
This system will not work on imagey that is totally out of focus, some digtal cameras do produce imagery that looks slighty burred.
