New warship makes naval history

The Navy's first warship to be completely built in Portsmouth for 39
years has been unveiled.

HMS Clyde is the first ship built and launched at Portsmouth Naval Base since
the frigate HMS Andromeda in 1967.

That what i thought? what if VT decide there not geting enough money, will they say the ship can't sail? and supose we "God forbid" went to war would the RN have to take out third party fire and theft, or would it be fully comp. army;
