Videos not displaying?

Has anybody had any problems with the videos not showing in the video quiz?.
I am trying help out another member who is having this problem and wondered if anybody had any ideas.

dont seem to be a problem here either.

it may be that there missing a codec (a small file that de-codes the file to play it) Ill have a look for a codec installer.

first off try this wizzard to find out why there not seeing the video.

then try downloading this program called ffdshow.

run the program then try the quiz again.

Eagledriver can you open Windows Media Player go to 'Tools' > 'Options' and select the file types tab. Check that WMV is selected and is assosiated with Windows Media Player - if you have any un checked or greyed out just associate media player with all types of files then restart the program.

To make sure you can view WMV file types in WMP open a file you have on your computer if you have any of these types of videos saved on your PC. If not download one from some where an try viewing it in WMP.

If you view it in there then try opening one from a web site and see if it then works.

Ok, Guys. Just figured it out. It was my Mozilla browser. I can view on internet explorer ok. Thanks for the help. Cold beers all around.
