The police force which investigated the deaths of four recruits at a Surrey army barracks has been given first sight of a report into the probe.
The 15-month Surrey Police inquiry was reviewed by Devon and Cornwall officers who gave their findings on Wednesday.
Cheryl James, 18, James Collinson, 17, Geoff Gray, 17, and Sean Benton, 20, died at the base between 1995 and 2002.
