Can anyone help me find out any information about this? It was just outside Vicksburg. A friend of mine's father helped with the rescue. She has recently had a biography of HER life published and an account of this incident was in the book. I am very curious about what happened that rainy afternoon during a severe thunder and lightning storm when this military plane crashed into a farmhouse and many of the passengers were killed.
Anyone have any ideas? I typed in just about every combination in Yahoo but came up with nothing.
