cant get zipfile

dear sirs, i cant seem to be able to send the pictures in my faves to my computer.it starts to send,then stops , saying the site is not found.ive done just about all that i can think of.can you help me? thanks

I have tested the download favourites feature and it works fine for me.

I wondered if maybe its something to do with his PC settings ? :confused:

i also tried this and it worked.

try removing the items from your Favourites and re adding them then try again.

let us know how you get on.
