Tam, if you want to post an image on the forums Read This (http://www.militaryimages.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=2752).
If you want to post an image in the galleries all you have to do is click 'upload photos' link which is top right just above the statistics box on the homepage, after clicking just follow the prompts.
If you have any trouble just let me know and will help you further.
