chapesses? chapesses? What . . . . oh, never mind.

Welcome Jenni, there's a whole bunch of us who might have been 16 once, I can't remember. I now teach 16 year olds History and love it - and them.

Hi Jenni, I joined the army at seventeen and a half and did 25 years. What are you thinking of doing when you enlist?
my wife was a nurse in the Queen Alexander Royal Army Nursing Corps QARANC. sal;

Jenni, welcome to MI.

Which force are you planning to join? We have lots of matelots and pongo's but no crabfats, so if you're planning to join the RAF, you'll slot nicely into a gap on the site.
Whichever force it is though, get used to spending hours rubbing polish in small circles on your boots ! :mrgreen:

Jenny goodluck whichever of the forces you decide to choose, but if it is the RN try not get based in Portsmouth or you will end up like sparky .....a PFK

Jenni, if you want any advice on being a sea cadet Fingers is your man. He will carry on teaching them if he's cleared in court next week.

He's also a dab hand at skydiving ( though only on ships and without parachutes).

:shock:
