Easy if you think- imagine you're driving a tank.

The tank is on a practice firing range and is fully loaded with 50 armour piercing shells. It proceeds to target 1 and fires 6 shells before hitting the target. Goes to target 2 and fires 4 shells before hitting target.
Visits ammunition dump and restocks back to 50 shells.
Now faces moving targets, and fires 30 shells before destroying them all. Needs more ammunition before continuing, so goes to ammunition dump.
You now have all the information necessary to answer the following :
1) What is the driver's name?
2) When is his birthday?
A variation of this question appears in a sychometric test and only 50% of people taking the test have managed to work it out.

Hi Guys,
I wasn't insulting your intelligence, honest. The original question in the test was verbal and involved driving a bus, picking up and dropping people off at various stops along the way.
You were allowed to take notes, but nothing is repeated and the info comes thick and fast.
The whole point of it is to test your ability to absorb and pick out important info.
On this particular question, if you miss the word 'you're', which is actually given in the introduction, not as part of the main info., then the two answers are impossible to get.
On average, 50% of people miss it, I did!
