Gettysburg museum

The museum/visitor center at Gettyburg Nat'l Military Park is unbelievable. Thousands of weapons, uniforms and artifacts from the battlefield. There is a display of 2 bullets that hit head on and merged together. Amazing. There is also a computer where you can enter your family name to see if you had any relatives at the the battle. My wife found someone with the Pennsylvania infantry. You could spend days and days at that place and not see it all. Same with the actual battlefield.

Sounds great buddy, maybe one of these days when I can take say a month of work I will come accross to your side of the pond a visit some of these great places you all tell us about, but for the time being its work work work :(
