good find

to day i was out and about, when I chanced to spy a glass chess set in a secondhand/charity shop, i bought the set and while i was waiting to pay for it i glanced at the book shelf, and i saw a little pamphlet style book.

97TH Regiment.
Royal Artillery
dated MDCCCLVII (1858)

Its an account of the regimental padre
during the crimea war.

The cost of this little gem £1.00 $1.82 :)

Royal artillery museum (www.firepower.org) as it's really a piece of
history, that cannot be lost.
