I went to this place about 13 years ago now - Gawd it seems such a long time ago but it is fascinating with a lot of information and stuff. Plenty of pennants given by US, Brit, Japanese navies. A little bit of bumph I've copied below gives you an idea about it.

Walk through this famous Soviet/Russian Pacific Fleet submarine that sank 10 fascist (German) ships and military transport «Red Pendant» during World War II. The submarine is a part of the memorial complex «Military Glory of the Pacific Fleet»

My main interest is in Soviet equipment so I'll dig some stuff out and stick on the images forum if I can work out how to do it.

It'll cost pretty much an arm and a leg to go there now but I was a student of Russian then and got from St. Petersburg to Vladivostok and back (Trans Siberian railway) plus my hotel for about GBP 10.00 (ten quid!)
